Clubhouse Rental Price List
Our Spokane Woman's Club is available to rent for a variety of functions. Having a wedding and/or reception? How about a business luncheon or presentation? Classses and workshops? Or perhaps you'd just like to host a private party (without having to clean the house first!) We've got the venue for you! See prices below.

All Rentals Require the Following:

A Non-Refundable Reservation Fee (Down Payment) of 25% to reserve a date, due at time of booking.

Rental Fees will be due 60 days prior to event, if a Single Event. Payable a month in advance for On-Going rentals.

Refundable Security Deposits for Single Events will be due 30 days prior to event (refundable by check in mail, after event) and are as follows:

Weekday/Weekend: Ballroom-$300, NW Room- $200

Insurance: Renters will obtain liability insurance at their expense, as per rental agreement.​ We recommend this SITE.

Club Member Rates Apply as Follows: Single events after 3 months membership; All On-Going and first time Club Member Single Event renters shall pay for an Event Host for the first session ($15/hr).
